Port Marlborough launches first Community Partnerships Report

Port Marlborough has today released its first Community Partnerships Report, highlighting how the company’s sponsorships, donations and in-kind support contribute to Marlborough’s social, environmental and economic wellbeing.

The report follows Port Marlborough’s registration with the global Business for Societal Impact (B4Si) network, which provides an internationally recognised framework for measuring and managing community investment. Through this framework, Port Marlborough can now more accurately assess the social value of contributions and demonstrate how we make a meaningful difference in our region.

Over the 2025 financial year, Port Marlborough contributed $240,000 in cash, time and in-kind support to local initiatives – from sustainability initiatives and youth development to education and community wellbeing.

The new report brings together stories from across the region, showcasing partnerships with industry, local schools, environmental organisations, iwi, and community groups, and highlighting the positive outcomes achieved through collaboration.
