The Future of Ferries in Waitohi Picton Big changes are taking shape in Waitohi Picton as we prepare to welcome two new rail-enabled ferries in 2029! Come along to our community drop-in session to discover more about the new ships, explore the major construction works underway at the port and meet the people bringing this significant project to life. We’ll be joined by Ferry Holdings Ltd and HEB Construction, who’ll be sharing plans, visuals and information about the new ferries and the specialised infrastructure being built to welcome them home.
