Roll on-roll off berths serving both road and rail traffic for the Cook Strait inter-island ferry services. The adjacent Terminal building provides enclosed gangway access, amenities, and luggage handling facilities for passengers. The Terminal also has wharves for water taxis, commercial launches, tenders for vessels at anchor, and large visiting recreational vessels.
