Waitohi Wharf and Ferry Terminal Berths in Picton Harbour

The Port of Picton includes the Port facilities in Picton Harbour and the adjacent Shakespeare Bay located at the head of the sheltered Queen Charlotte Sound on the northeastern tip of the South Island of New Zealand. Port Marlborough New Zealand Limited operates the commercial Port activities within Picton Harbour and Shakespeare Bay. The Marlborough District Council is responsible for navigation and safety of shipping in the Marlborough Sounds and is represented by the Harbourmaster (Click for Contact details)  The Port of Picton is 18 nautical miles from the northern entrance to Queen Charlotte Sound and 17 nautical miles from the alternative Tory channel entrance.
